When you have a Host Like Toast managed Wordpress Hosting account, this is for a single domain. If you would like to add further domains to your account, you can of course do this, but these do not fall under the scope of the managed wordpress hosting.
The pricing for Managed Wordpress Hosting is one Wordpress installation per 1 domain.
Multiple installations require a further subscription.
